Nice Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time for an update and this one fit the size and budget. Only problem is the ice and water dispenser. Every time you try to get ice you hit the water dispenser. It should have the ice dispenser in the front and water dispenser in the back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good refrigerator for the most part , ice maker is very slow at making ice its been a week and still hasn't filled the ice bin . I don't like the water dispenser being in front of the ice dispenser but not a deal breaker .

Great Fridge, not complicated

Okay Fridge with a couple exceptions...

This refrigerator functions fine, it serves its purpose of cooling and freezing our food. I would not purchase this refrigerator again. The number one irritation is after using the in door water dispenser, water trickles down the door leaving a stream of water and eventually a water mark/stain down the front of the refrigerator. I know this is not an isolated issue because my daughter has the same fridge and her refrigerator has the same leaking habit. The second issue is the ice maker does not keep up whatsoever. We are a family of three and there is no reason I should have to purchase ice to refrigerator supplement during the week. Also there is no storage space in freeze the door across from the ice maker because it is so large. I have this large ice maker that doesn't keep up with the ice?? My older fridge of 25 years kept up perfectly. The third frustrating feature, or lack there of, is when you open the door to the ice maker, it will not stay up. I know it is possible to make an ide make where the door will stay propped open as my prior fridge had an ice maker where the door stayed open. It is too bad you can't just return a refrigerator like you can a small appliance because this one would be back instantly!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look and the size of the new appliance. It looks very nice in my kitchen. There is ample room and storage space on the door shelves as well. The one thing that I don’t like is the humming noise. I called the service department and was told this is normal. I was then told if a technician comes out and nothing is wrong I will be charged a service fee. Also the ice maker is very slow with making ice. Why did I pay for the extended warranty then?
