[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the new refridgerator. The lighting seems dull though. Also the fridge door on the side by side will not shut if you push the door to close it . If it is not past a certain point, it slowly falls open again. Frustrating. Even thoughit looks big on the outside, it is kind of small. And the ice maker does not put out much ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator works just fine right now and keeps everything nice and cold. The ice cubes are the perfect shape, but I just wish it made them a little faster. No complaints though. This product is a very good value.

water dispenser poorly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge was provided new with our newly built home this year (July of 2026). It was chosen by the company not us. Fridge/freezer keeps a consistent temperature and lighting is fine. There is not a drawer for cheeses and lunch meats as is the case in many other refrigerators. Water and ice dispenser on the outside of the freezer door is not designed well. Water dispenser leaks, even after multiple trips from a repair person and a phone call from the repair person to Whirlpool. We were basically told there is nothing Whirlpool can do. Ice dispenser is behind the water dispenser and is hard to get to without also dispensing water at the same time because the dispensing alcove is short. This makes a mess more often than not. Very disappointing for a fridge that is not even three months old.

These products do not come with a drip tray for the ice/water dispenser. Totally need one and you do not have them available, causing me to want to return this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge keeps everything cool however the organization of the shelves and ice maker is awful. You lose so much space from the design flaws of the shelves and ice maker/water. The bottom drawer of the fridge is half the size it should be and the fridge and freezer door lack space due to design. The water system and ice maker are poorly placed so you lose shelf space and lose a whole shelf due to how low the water system is. Also, the water is poorly designed. As soon as you get ice or water it splashes and falls on the floor. I would have returned the fridge if it weren’t for the huge restocking fee.
