[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it works fine but I don't like it as much as my previous Whirlpool of similar design. It runs a little noisier, the water dispenser is so tall that you need two hands to fill even at all glass, space in the freezer is not as great, and the drawers in the fridge wobble a bit when opening and closing. Also you only get four discreet temperature settings in the fridge rather than a dial that lets you control the temperature setting more to what you like. I'm getting used to the smooth outside surface but it does show water stains and fingerprints a bit more than the textured surface I had on my last refrigerator. So far though, it works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well my old Kenmore had met it's better days. So it was no question that a Whirlmore was to replace the Kenmore with something compared to it. Plus it was on Sale.

Missing parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 3 weeks ago and it came missing the leveling feet. So far the retailer or whirlpool can not supply these. I question how good there service would be if we had a major problem!! Also the refrigerator side should have more options to raise and lower shelves
