[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and was unable to use it because it was inoperative. Had to schedule a service call and couldn’t get repaired till eight days later. Was without a refrigerator till repaired. Unacceptable! Don’t you test your appliances before they leave the factory?!! Luckily it was only a starter switch and not the compressor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has an extremely poor ice maker. Glass shelving is inadequate and not movable. Refrigerator runs most of the time. I have made an incorrect choice in purchasing this model.to replace a Whirlpool ED25DQXBW00 that is thirty-two years old!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator runs constantly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this refrigerator 6 weeks ago when I purchased my newly built home. I am concerned that something is wrong. It stays cold but it runs constantly. I've never had a refrigerator that runs non stop. I'm worried that there is something wrong with it and my electric bill is going to be through the roof!
