[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the water tastes like plastic, I have told them I am missing one of the glass trays, and I am 72 and cannot hardly get through to a customer representative. When I do, they sens my call to someone else and I waited for 30 minutes, then just gave up! You need to do better, especially for your senior customers!

Not off to a great start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. It is louder than I expected, certainly louder than my previous frig. Also disappointed that I had to align the doors, presumably due to the weight of te food in refrerater door. I've already had the icemaker freeze up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

Called support who assured me that it would after 72 hours. A week later it still does not lower., however The ice maker maked ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge to replace a 15yr old that was taken out in a power surge in a storm. The goal was to find a replacement that was the same size and features. This model seemed to fit that goal in the showroom.
Once home I was disappointed to discover I could not control or monitor the temperature either digitally or with independent analog dials in the fridge area or freezer. Instead I could only choose from 4 factory presets. The ice/water dispenser was also a disappointment. It is only tall enough for 12oz glass so if you’re using a larger cup you must tip it in and you can’t see how much ice you are adding. The light is also ineffective if you are filling water at night because it doesn’t illuminate the water dispenser area at all!
There are two other disappointing things about this fridge. The water line is just looped up behind the crisper drawer like it was an after thought on how to get cold water to the dispenser. And it seems to run all the time. Very disappointing from a brand I had respect for and have purchased in the past.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to use ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the overall features however the ice and water dispenser are too close together.. When you try to get ice it often causes water to dispense. Very messy. Have to use a short container to get ice without water coming out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
