water spout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] brand new fridge and water drips out of spout and onto the front of the refrigerator and on the floor. Had many fridges and this is never been an issue. Upon calling, I was told if it is not a defect I would pay 150 for the service call. Very disappointed given this is less than two months old A service call should be free Regardless.

Nice bit small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer is too small. I’m not a fan of the side by side style of rector. I’m stuck with it because it came with the house. Not the ice maker is good just not big enough for me to store dishes on the refrigerator.

Frustrated with fridge tripping the circuit

We purchased model WRS315SDHZ19 at the end of 2024. It was installed in February 2025. It was working fine until June 2025 when the refrigerator kept tripping the dedicate GFCI 20 amp circuit. Every day since then, it continues to trip the circuit multiple times a day. We tried plugging it into other dedicated GFCI 20 Amp circuits and the refrigerator trips those circuits as well. A repair rep stated we need to remove the GFCI circuit to a non-grounded circuit, but that would leave us without grounded coverage and our electrician is unwilling to do that. Also we had an appointment on 7/11/25 to have the repair rep come back but that appointment was cancelled because they thought it was a duplicate appointment and we have not been able to reach a Whirlpool rep on the phone since. The last time we tried to call the phone line disconnected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
