[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge came with my home, and we are overall pleased with it. The shelves are adjustable, there is a lot of space, and it keeps items at the desired temperature. The only thing I don't love is the water dispenser. I wish it was filtered water and the ice is hard to get to with larger glasses without spilling water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had issues with unit making loud grinding noises after switching out water filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has appearance of unfinished bottom trim

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator looks like it's missing bottom trim. All other Whirlpool refrigerator models seem more finished in the bottom trim.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with this purchase. There is a large gap between two of the shelves. Called to see if we could add a shelf and was told the sides of the refrigerator were not strong enough to support an additional shelf. Also the water dispenser has a very small stream of water.

Previous Whirlpool vs New Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the ice dispenser. Previous Whirlpool had upper shelf on freezer door. Some freezer shelving has space in the back where items can fall. Miss meat drawer in fridge. Saved shelf from old fridge and added for additional shelf.

Whirlpool Side By Side Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool is American made and a very reliable brand. I have replaced two refrigerators in the last three years and have been extremely satisfied with both. The builder in eack location has installed LG and GE, neither lasted for a reasonable amount of time. I also had an opportunity to speak with their customer service team and found them to be courteous and professional. Important to note, because they are US based, their representatives do not have any difficulty understanding and communicating. I certainly recommend their appliances for quality and price, always had a great experience from purchase to delivery.
I would recommend this to a friend!
