[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought about a month ago. Works fine so far. This is the second one, first one they tried to pawn off on the back was damaged along with the doors. When turned on it rattled loudly. This one has been fine. It is a little louder than our old whirlpool we had for18 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A new refrigerator shouldn’t have issues from the beginning with the ice and water, necessitating a service call and wait for parts, should it? What kind of quality control does Whirlpool Corporation have?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator came with the package for my new home. I did not want a side by side but was not allowed to change it. I feel like everything is crammed in it. No organization.
The water comes out warm not cold especially since the feature is in the freezer side. The dispensers are in a really bad spot. If you don't have the right glass and try to get ice, you accidentally hit the water button and water pours out. The ice gets stuck when coming out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was included with home purchase and works very well. It is slightly used and only issue I am having is that the handle on the freezer side is slightly loose. Other than that seems to be working great!

Good price and features for secondary frig
