Can't Get Cold Enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed. It never cools the refrig below 44 degrees even when set on max cool. The freezer gets down to 6 degrees but refrig will not get to the recommened minimum of 40 degrees I had the previous Whirlpool for 20-years and was very happy with it. This is junk. I worry daily about the safety of my food. I slip my hand quickly in and out of the door to keep as little cold as possible from escaping. Its agravating. It doesn't run all the time which makes me think it is set for 44 degrees. Also the refrig door won't swing open flat blocking the path between the island and refrig. I real problem for me in my wheelchair. I do like the crushed ice it does that well (so far).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great buy!

The inside of freezer and refrigerator sides is bright and easy to see everything. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the icemaker isn't very fast....that may be the way it's made or it may be that our large family just uses a lot of ice!

Noisy Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator seems to run all the time almost like there is no insulation. The temperature inside the refrigerator side is inconsitent ranging from 32-39 degrees with no setting change. It is also noisy when compared to my 12 year old LG refrigerator with linear compressor (almost silent operation).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so happy with our recent (4/24/25) purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was delivered on 4/24/25 (about 3 weeks ago). Was not very happy with our purchase. Our old refrigerator (Kenmore) of some 20 years was better, This current refrigerators has following main problems:
a) more noisy than the old one
b) runs for longer time
c) drinking water at times comes out (dispensed) almost at room temperature
