Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door gets finger prints easily. Shelf arrangement not ideal. No option on the bottom drawers for venting for fruits. Had better features in the cheaper GE model I had in an apartment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and I really am very happy with it however, I do have one complaint. The water/ice dispenser keeps dripping a small amount of water requiring the use of a towel to keep the tray dry. Not a big problem but a little annoying. Love the brightly lit and spacious interior!!!

Just ok. Slow ice maker; poor water design system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are some good things about this refrigerator and some bad. It just average in all ways with the exception of the ice/ water delivery design which is extremely poor.
Good things:
1. space- with just the 2 of us there is plenty of room for our day to day needs
2. lightning- both the freezer and refrigerator are well light. The glass shelving helps with the ability to see all areas
3. Overall quality is average.
Bad things:
1. While I really like the smaller square ice cubes, it is the slowest ice maker of all time. A gathering of 6 people will deplete the ice supply. I never had this problem with my 18 year old Whirlpool. Lack of ice supply is a big issue for those of us who live in southern states or have large families. Not good for either. It is the slowest ice maker ever. It seems like those smaller cubes wouldn't take 3 hours to freeze.
2. The entire setup and location of ice and water in the door is the biggest issue for me. It should be changed. The opening is not big enough for most of my water containers, i.e. Yeti 20 Oz rambler will not allow for ease of dispensing. It doesn't fit. You can forget about even trying to put a Stanley under there to get ice.
3. Then there is the placement of the water dispenser: very poor placement. It's located in front of and higher up than the ice paddle. It's problematic bc it is easily hit when getting ice, gets water all over the place. It's a very poor design and make me wonder about your company's product design testing and feedback protocol.
4. The overall design of the ice/water delivery system is so poor that had I known it was going to be such an issue, I would not have purchased this specific model. There is no need for this system to be so bad. It needs to be totally redisgned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is noisy and the ice maker very loud when it drops ice. Plus the way the ice and water access on the outside of the door is set up it is difficult to get ice without bumping the water. I'm very disappointed in this model, even though I have been a Whirlpool fan for years.
