[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an average quality refrigerator. It's what I expected for the price.
The designer of the ice dispenser probable never used one. The water dispenser is too close to the front of the door, so any mistakes go on the floor and not in the tray.
The unit is as loud as my old 30 year old model, so that was a disappointment.

Handsome and large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with this fridge overall. However, it sometimes spits out ice cubes on its own. The refurbished very cold and freezes stuff on the refrigerator side even after setting it warmer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I don't like is the ice/water dispenser. It is too easy to splatter water while dispensing ice, and the "catch tray" is too shallow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unhappy camper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator last November. I was disappointed with the size of the freezer unit, since the collar for the ice maker takes up much more room than our previous model, but am confined by available space. Ice maker quit working last month and we scheduled service call. Technician removed the water filter and the ice maker started working again. This is a design glitz in this model that is not being addressed. My last Whirlpool lasted for years with needing service and this one fails after only 5 months. Come on, you guys are better than this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice refrigerator/freezer, lots of space, well thought out shelves and drawers, though it could use a drip pan under the in door water/ice access (what is there does catch drippings, but doesn't come off so as to empty it ).
