Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced the exact same one that we bought 4 1/2 years ago. The one we bought 4 1/2 years ago, the compressor went. It was cheaper to buy a new refrigerator. The ice dispenser has always leaks and ice drops out long after you’ve left the kitchen. Created a big mess. Also, it runs more constant than the old model which according to the brochure says that is the case. Did not really like that. Anyway we disconnected the dispenser as that wasn’t something I wanted in the first place. Whirlpool is not what it used to be, unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with our new construction house and the ice maker has already jammed twice in the first month and it sprayed ice shards lover the floor and there is no place to capture water spills and when you open the freezer the melted ice will splatter on the floor . The refrigerator and freezer part work nicely .

Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the Refrigerator for almost two weeks and have been mostly happy with it as the only issue is that it is quite noisy and makes a somewhat loud whirring sound when the condenser etc is running. Hoping this isn’t a sign of bad things to come..

Good fridge bad ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is great, but the Ice cube maker is slow and doesn't produce enough ice. Ice cubes stick in the chute and fall on the floor a while later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed that the ice maker does not work correctly. It only drops ice three or four times a day. I’ve only had this refrigerator for three weeks. I don’t have time to call repair person and have to wait for an appointment.
