Poor Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser is right in front of the ice dispenser so it is so easy to accidentally hit the water when you are just trying to get ice! So water runs down the front of the fridge. Very poor design! I wish we realized this before we purchased it. Other than that the fridge is fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is an OK basic fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an acceptable basic fridge that performs all of the expected functions. Ice maker and temperature controls are working very well. Fridge did not come with the full compliment of shelves or door racks so I had to buy additional 3rd party components, which were easy to find. In-door Ice/Water dispenser does not have a tray to contain small spills. Water dispensing spigot is very far forward - any splash will go to the floor. The "stainless" finish doors can hold a magnet so not sure what they are really made of. Fridge is definitely worth the price I paid for it , although the design of the 12 year old basic fridge it replaced was a bit better in my opinion.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator continues to run almost non-stop and is extremely noisy. Also ice maker quit working and una le to get water. Need someone to come take care of these issues. I was on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone about repair appointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the side by side with the water/ice dispenser in the door a couple weeks ago and I love it, it is beautiful, runs quietly, no leaks from the water dispenser and keeps both sides at the perfect temperature.
However, the two installers said the refrigerator does not have any way to adjust hte level so apparently my lfoor is not perfectly level and they placed one of my coasters under the left front leg. - Not happy with this.
