Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased August 2024. Overall I’m pleased with it. However, the design of the water dispenser/ice dispenser leaves a lot to be desired! It’s very difficult to get ice without also hitting the water dispenser resulting in a mess!

It's a refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with a new house purchase. We have only been in the house 4 weeks, so I cannot speak on any long-term use. It is a refrigerator that one would expect to work as designed. It seems to be louder than other refrigerators we have had. If I were in the market, would I purchase this particular model? Probably not, definitely consider a Whirlpool, just not sure this would be the one we would settle on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All l do is clean the front of it. Can’t use water or ice dispenser because it will leave water lines down front. Worse refrigerator l ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this frig about 3 weeks ago due to my old frig finally gave up on us. This unit was listed at a fair price, fit the space I had available and was readily available for delivery. So far the refrigerator works as it should and looks great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water doesn’t dispense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new house. The refrigerator was already purchased by the builder. The filtered water has worked a few times since I moved in and on the top shelf juice freezes if it’s too far back. We’ve had a service person come out once and now a second appointment is scheduled. The water happening to work during the first service visit. So the guy said to call if it happens again. I just want a new refrigerator works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great, Quiet and Spacious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new home with that came with this fridge and am so happy with the selection of the builder. It looks great, is very spacious compared to previous models I've had and the ice maker is relatively quiet compared to others I've heard.
