[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Motor is way to noisy.Sent one unit back because of that and recieved a new one and it was the same.Bought this same unit 4/5 years ago and the motor wasn`t loud like these 2 were.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we purchased this in October 2024 and in three months the ice machine has stopped working and we cannot get Whirlpool to respond to deal with this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased August 2024. Overall I’m pleased with it. However, the design of the water dispenser/ice dispenser leaves a lot to be desired! It’s very difficult to get ice without also hitting the water dispenser resulting in a mess!

It's a refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with a new house purchase. We have only been in the house 4 weeks, so I cannot speak on any long-term use. It is a refrigerator that one would expect to work as designed. It seems to be louder than other refrigerators we have had. If I were in the market, would I purchase this particular model? Probably not, definitely consider a Whirlpool, just not sure this would be the one we would settle on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
