[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is not to happy with the 2 separate push latches for water and ice I can’t put a big cup in to get ice the cup catches the water latch I have to use a smaller cup fill it and pour into my bigger cup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this appliance a month ago and absolutely love it. The only thing I would change is the position of the ice and water levers. I have had water shoot all over the floor a few times while trying to get ice even when I am being careful

Save your sanity

By far the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. Even worse that what I was provided in apartments.
Every time I see this on sale at a store I cringe thinking people may buy it. Finally decided to write a review.
Does not cool evenly - things freeze one day and thaw the next.
Ice line freezes up.
Ice crushes when it should not and sends pieces all over the place.
Ice cubes drop out randomly, even overnight when not touched.
Ice cubes get clogged in dispenser.
Water dispenser is located in such a poor spot that you hit it often when trying to get ice.
Dispensing area is not tall or deep enough for most cups.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
