New and improved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had a side-by-side before, but the different shelves in freezer part allows better access for finding items. It's bigger on the inside than our previous Whirpool fridge, and the shelves appear to be empty yet. Still figuring out the crushed ice part: it spits ice out onto the floor.... It's also a bit noisier than our previous fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the appliance generally, but the ice-maker spits out cubes onto my floor at will. Not good. We have a service order pending, so I'm sure it will be corrected eventually. Still...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Capacity is sufficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this refrigerator for about 1 week. In the short run I am totally pleased.The icemaker is totally proficient and the water dispencer is easy to operate with a filter that is easy to replace and is multifunctioal in purifying the drinking water. It also has enough room for an average family.

Very Noisy- don’t purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool has replaced my Whirlpool refrigerator 3 times this year because of all of the noise Whirlpool refrigerators make. I am trying to save enough money to purchase another brand that has better reviews. These Whirlpool refrigerator’s have been very disappointing. We have had many service technicians try to fix the noise, but unfortunately they all said the same thing, “these refrigerators are just noisy”! I am very disappointed but not in a position to buy a new one
