Noisy,noisy,noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] noisy,noisy,noisy Runs constantly on setting three with mind numbing high pitch humming which increases to a cresendo in the evening and causing undue stress on myself and wife.We have to retreat from our livingroom to the back bedroom and close the door to escape the nauseous humming.I,m calling Whirlpool tomorrow 11/4/24 for warranty work as I've only only had the darn thing for 8 days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I'm satisfied with it. I got what I paid for on the low end of refrigerators. It is 10 times nosier than the one I replaced. The compressor echoes in my house really bad. There are no more quiet nights.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the function and appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old Samsung fridge died. Since I vowed to never buy that brand again, decided to give WHIRLPOOL a go. So far so great. It’s running noise is louder or different from previous fridge, but I’m getting used to it and it seems like part of the family now. It has plenty of room, for our needs and is easy to see when need to find to find something quickly. We are extremely pleased with its performance, namely, ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had a side-by-side before, but the different shelves in freezer part allows better access for finding items. It's bigger on the inside than our previous Whirpool fridge, and the shelves appear to be empty yet. Still figuring out the crushed ice part: it spits ice out onto the floor.... It's also a bit noisier than our previous fridge.
