always a Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had previous whirlpool which was side by side refrigerator similar to this one gave out after about 25 years. So I bought another side by side. I love it. This one is the exact size outside but I feel it is a little smaller on the inside but I love it. All my washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator are all Whirlpool.

Sorely disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 star because ZERO stars isn't an option. We haven't had this refrigerator for even 1 week. It has been 4 days, and has been nothing but an absolute headache. Service call has already been made due to the freezer and ice maker not functioning properly. It did get cold. Then it stopped making correctly sized Ice cubes, then it started making a horrible racket and decided to defrost to 45°. I wish things were made well instead of like garbage that you pay ridiculous money for nowadays Absolutely unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the refrigerator a week and a half ago. I like the room inside, like the design of the fridge. But it is loud when it's running and the ice make has yet to fill completely up. My old whirlpool fridge had my ice completely full in 24 hours.

Very Stylish and simple to use

1. The frig door needs to be leveled better as it slams to the side upon opening;
2. Doesn't come with a crisper like the WRS315

Happy With My New Whirlpool Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recent purchase & installation (10/18/2024) so rating is on first impressions Great value. Have successfully owned previous Whirlpool refrigerator for 13.5 years so wanted to replace it with another Whirlpool product. So far, am pleased with my decision. Looks good, functioning well. The only thing that is a bit bothersome is the metallic/slightly chemical taste to the water from the dispenser which may be due to the new hose connecting water source to refrigerator. I’ve run at least 8 gallons of water through to start, but water still retains slight metallic taste. My previous Whirlpool refrigerator used Everydrop filter 3 and the water was wonderfully tasteless. This new model uses Everydrop 1. Wrong manual came with the new refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator came with our new house. We've already had issues 3 times in month with water dispenser not working for 2-3 days at a time for no apparent reason. Also is very loud running at night.
