[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer about a month ago. Am mostly satisfied with it.. Am disappointed that the ice maker doesn’t produce a large amount of ice. With only minimal ice usage, the ice bin has never completely filled up. I have done all the suggested things; adjusting temperature. Booklet says if freezer is too cold it will slow the ice cube production. So I have it at the correct temperature, have the freezer 3/4 full. My previous Whirlpool fridge/freezer was awesome and lasted 30 years.

It’s quite the hummer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It arrived two weeks ago. I am happy with it except for one exception it makes a loud humming noise which drives me crazy, which I was told by a really good repair man that you sent is the new way of doing things today. I’ve never had a refrigerator this loud, they tell me it’s because it’s more efficient and you guys put a smaller motor to drive the fan in the freezer section. I really think you should rethink this cause I can hear it in my bedroom and when I come back, it’s a shame because it really is a very nice refrigerator freezer .
