Happy...Maybe?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a little okay with my new 2-sided Whirlpool refrigerator, but if I could change anything about it, it would be an extra rack in the freezer and an extra bind on the refrigerator side to store smaller items. I had this in my old Kenmore and it was a handy storage item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new refrigerator and did not start using it until the end of April. Since that time the ice maker has maifunctioned two separate times. The first time they ordered new parts and it started working again with no loud noise. Then last week it started making the noise again and again quit working. Now he has ordered more parts and I am again without my ice maker. Really upset with this product and just want a new one that works properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is not the same quality of previous whirlpool fridge. Ice cubes do not freeze hard, melt as soon as they h it the glass. Fridge wheels Do Not Lock. Safety hazard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 weeks ago an d the ice maker didn't work. The factory sent a repairman out. He said it needed a new ice maker but didn't have any in stock. Took a week to get,the guy back out. Said they've had alot of problems with that. He installed it and now we have ice on demand. Seems like they should be able to figure it out and correct it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
