Cosmetic issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side by side refrigerator was included with the purchase of a brand new townhouse in December 2023. I have two problems.
The water spout drips after using it and it doesn't necessarily drip until you walk away at times. I have a paper towel folded up to try to catch it because there is no drip tray in this model. The water runs down the front of the refrigerator leaving it water marked. A stainless cleaner needs to be used to buff it out. The repairman was here yesterday and he tried to pull the tubing down some in the spout and suggested I change the water filter and see if I can find some kind of little drip tray I can put there. Apparently the water filter is not included in a covered service call so I will have to purchase one and see if that helps. There wasn't really anything he could do.
Also the entire front of the stainless refrigerator looks smeared all the time. This was noticed on my walkthrough. I bought some stainless cleaner and buffed on it a little bit but I should have not accepted it this way. You have to use that stainless polish every time you wipe the door... Then you have to continue and clean the entire door. It's very sloppy looking. I can get it looking halfway decent with the polish but it has to be done every other day if you're living here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month with this refrigerator and I'm happy with it. It does everything well that it's supposed to. And it looks great. I love the LED lights inside. And it was very reasonably priced. I expect to be happy with it for many years to come.
