[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought as packagewith my home. I dislike the ice maker as the cubed ice gets caught in the opening then drops out as it melts all over the floor and water pools on the opening. Seems to happen often

Not up to our expectations of the whirlpool brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has some great features and was working great until it developed a very loud noise apparently in the freezer/icemaker about a month ago. Currently going thru warranty/repair process which is not very speedy. Noise wakes us at night or other random times and we have to unplug freezer/refrigerator for 1-20 minutes to make it stop. It may be a matter of hours or a day or two until it starts again. Not what we expected from a brand we have purchased for much of our almost 64 years of marriage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am frustrated with the surface of this refrigerator. It is impossible to keep clean. I shows every streak, fingerprint, and looks blotchy. Also the wheels don't lock so it was rolling back and forth every time I opened it. We had to stick some furniture pads on the wheels to prevent the rolling. Poor design.
