Gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a refrigerator. Keeps food cool and frozen stuff frozen. I don't really like how the freezer door works. The upper tray in the freezer stays in but sometimes interferes with closing of the freezer. We lost a quart of ice cream (super sadness) since the one who put it away did not realize the freezer was not completely closed. I find I prefer the water and ice dispensers to have two separate actuators, having just one and using the button to select what you want to be dispensed a bit cumbersome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this product on 4/20/2024 and had it delivered on 4/22/2024. So far all is good. It did have to reset the ice maker the day after delivery. It took the ice maker about 2-days to completely fill the ice dispenser, but we had back up ice trays to assist during this waiting period.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 months ago, and have not enjoyed it. It says it’s the same size as our last fridge, but it seems much smaller. There’s not as many shelves in the freezer nor drawers in the fridge. Our water randomly stopped working, and a technician came out to look at it. Apparently the 3 issues that normally cause this look fine, but he’s going to replace them one by one to see if that fixes the issue. Meanwhile, we have no filtered water to drink. Now, something that isn’t an issue is going to be replaced then just hoping that fixes it instead of figuring out actually what’s wrong with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My other whirlpool refrigerator lasted for 15 years. Bought this one to replace that one and am very happy with the beautiful stainless steel and the overall features. I hope it lasts as long as my last one!
