[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed March 27. We received the first unit March 20 and it had a defective ice maker. They replaced it with a new unit. So far so good. Like the refrigerator.

Not as good as previous Hotpoint side-by-side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with ice maker, my last Hotpoint made ice as soon as you took as little as one cup was dispensed, this one has to be almost empty before it slowly starts making new ice, I always had a full tray of ice with old Hotpoint side-by-side, also on the fresh side, bottom draws are very hard to pull out, had to tape right side and grease tracks heavily to keep draw from coming out when opening
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My unit is only 7 months old and the ice maker never worked and the freezer just gave out a week ago. It has taken the warranty repair dept 2 weeks to come and look at it which is ridiculous.
