Do not like the design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to covid19 we ordered our refrigerator on line sight unseen except videos. The fridge works fine but the layout is not nearly as functional as the fridgedair we had before. 1. No dairy drawer.
2. Shelves end in metal away from the back of the fridge. This takes away the space that could have been used if you had made the shelves smooth on the top and to fit against the back of the fridge.
3. Bottom drawer is so small it won't even hold a head of lettuce.
4. There is an empty spot in the fridge where you could have put another shelf. But no shelf.
5. In the freezer part of the door where the ice maker is you left empty where you could have put a nice bin.
6. The first bin in the freezer part is so small it is useless

Lots of Space Quiet Running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this quick when our old whirlpool gold french door bottom freezer got fried by lightning the second time it was 13? Years old. I would've given this one 5 stars except for these quirks...the ice/water dispenser the light needs to be forward of the levers to see them better and the levers should be side by side not one behind the other you can hit both levers at the same time with taller glasses which do not fit in the opening. The opening could be taller. I had to add water and ice labels to the levers because my 85 year old mother could not see them even with the light on. Also we couldn't figure out how to stop the wheels from moving (didn't realize this until after delivery guys left) googled it and still couldn't figure out so we bought door wedges for the wheels. I love how bright the fridge light is but it's almost blinding I wish it could've been warm daylight color instead of bright white. None of these are earth shattering just need improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not what I expected

It is rather noisy and after three weeks the handle on the freezer side came off the bottom and scratched the freezer. I tried to call the warranty department. After waiting for over 40 minutes I gave up. The set screw does not engage.

Water dispenser leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser leaks down front of freezer door after each use. This leaves a stain of the freezer door. I have tried everything to stop the leak without success.

Connection problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a side by side refrigerator .last month and there was a problem with the water supply connection. The plastic tubing didn't fit the existing water supply line. I had to buy adapter to the supply line
