Ice and water area to small

Very nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a really nice refrigerator. My only complaint is that it only came with three shelves in the refrigerator side and it has room for four shelves. Otherwise, I am really happy with it.

Great Features, but way too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the features and look of the unit, but it was way too loud. When the compressor kicked on it measured 51 db outside and 67 db when you opened the door. You could hear the refrigerator across the house and into the bedroom. I had to return it or go crazy. I bought the whirlpool for high reliability and quietness, but failed the quietness portion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaky water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for 4 months. Overall a good fridge but the water dispenser sticks out too much and leaks down the front of fridge leaving a water stain. I am constantly whipping it up and the water stain will not come out

Runs constantly for 45 minutes -hour!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second Whirlpool refrigerator after first new purchase new leaking gas!! This 2nd refrigerator runs constantly for 45 minutes, shuts off for 15 minutes then starts running again! When it runs, it’s louder than any refrigerator we have ever owned! We have it set one setting lower than ‘normal’ however, it still runs constantly and loudly. Do we need a service company to come look at this refrigerator? Not a pleasant experience with this Whirlpool Refrigerator!
