Poor and Basic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors are uneven and don’t close by themselves. Water filter is inaccessible. The manual doesn’t even indicate where the filter is or how to change it. Still cant find it after a week.

Not keeping food cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs constantly and isn’t keeping food in refrigerator side cold. Have it at coldest setting and it is 39. Close to not safe. 800 number for help is a joke. Oh I had to but a refrigerator thermometer to track the level. Load noise when running.

Not too fancy, not too plain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a good deal for the price and features it contains. Not all the shelves are adjustable, but there is adjustment space on a few if you had to move them around. I preferred the wire rack shelves in the freezer, which is partly why I bought this model. The ice cubes are slightly smaller but they work the same. It runs quietly. My only complaint is the design of the water/ice lever in the door--it is difficult to get large cups in without accidentally pushing the water lever and then water spills onto the floor. But this refrigerator was a good price so I can get used to it.
