Need my ice maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The guys came out to set up my new fridge and they said they could not set up my ice maker; so, I called my son-in-law to come set it up. He did. But the ice maker does not make ice the way it should. I was sent info last week about how to set up my ice maker but it doesn't look like my ice maker and I still cannot get ice. The main. guy was supposed to come out last week but he said it would be 2/28 before he would come out. In the meantime, I'm having to buy crushed bag ice. This is very annoying. Wish I could get my ice maker fixed.

It's fine, couple things I don't like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fine, but it doesn't have a specific temperature control option so i can put the exact temp I want on it. Also, the water dispenser is too close to the very edge and water drips down the freezer door. It should have been moved back an inch so the "water catcher" can collect the drip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in October 2023 to replace a whirlpool refrigerator that lasted from 2006 to 2023, this one is poorly made. less storage in freezer and refrigerator part. I will not buy whirlpool again- will be looking for another brand name

Beware, Noticeably Too Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very sorry to report that the refrigerator is noticeably too loud, nearly unacceptably loud. I thought maybe it would quiet down once it was populated with food but that did not affect the hum or vibration or whatever is causing the loud sound to go away.
Then I thought maybe I received a defective unit, but after reading so many other reviews complaining about the same loud noise, and that fact that one reviewer actually had a repair tech visit and try to solve the problem but to no avail (it is how it was designed) I feel some regret now.
It was on sale, and I had not had a refrigerator for 4 days so I was desperate, and I needed something now and as affordable as possible. So, I purchased this refrigerator.
It is said, "you get what you pay for." Could this be why it was on sale in the first place?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
