Calling Consumer Protection Agency - WRS315SDHM

This refrigerator came with my new construction home in March 2022. I have changed the ice and water filter after finally finding it on the floor, which was really hard being a disabled veteran with two arthritic knees. However, I kept looking for the air filter because my foods easily take on the scent of other items in the refrigerator. I finally discovered today my reading the specs for my refrigerator on the Whirlpool website that there is NO air filter in the WRS315SDHM model...NONE. Why would you create a refrigerator without an air filter? And, why would you place the water filter near the floor? No consideration for health, safety, or accessibility of your customers. From your reading your standard response to other customers reviews telling them to go to your Facebook page, I know that you don't intend to do anything to make me or your other customers whole. So, I will send this complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency for resolution. This is totally unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The builder chose this for our home. I like that it has a lot of shelves and room. The drawers in the bottom are too small and hard to open. Overall a great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great looking product and if it was all there was it would get a 5 star but I have contacted Customer Service with no response about the water not flowing well & ice being produced very slow as well. Now it could be a water pressure issue but before I call a plumber I would like to get the refrigerator evaluated. Just saying...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors on the fridge are uneven, so one handle is slightly higher than the other, there is some sort of grease on the inside of the drawers and one of the drawers is very difficult to open and close and I’m always having to struggle with the shelf it’s attached to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Side by side is never my choice. So difficult to store wide items in ref and freezer. Given by builder. So I bought another whirlpool French door and put side by side in feeezer. Happy with my new refrigerstor
