Can’t hear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator makes to much noise when running had someone out and couldn’t find the noise. The noise is driving us crazy we want a new fridge

Nice fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is very nice. My two complaints are the lack of a lunch meat and cheese drawer and the design of the ice and water dispenser. Trying to get ice, we have poured water all down the fridge and floor.

Warranty battle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a new house with new appliances. A fcouple of months later, my refrigerator began having trouble keeping things cold. The refrigerator was said to be under factory warranty by Whirlpool. I went ahead and purchased the extended warranty. Now the contractor who's coming to work on the refrigerator is telling to have my credit card ready because there'll be charges. I've gone back and forth with Whirlpool, Domestric and General, and the contractor. They don't seem to be able to get on the same page. I am NOT happy. I have to get a refrigerator that freezes, so I guess I'll have to pay out of pocket.
