For a low-end refrigerator it is adequate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came as the DR Horton home supplied refrigerator. Side by sides are not the best use of freezer and refrigerator space. The in door Ice dispenser make a lot of noise. This was installed by Whirlpool and the tech who installed it broke off the handle of the water shutoff valve and left it that way in the shutoff position. DR Horton fixed that problem, then the ice dispenser would not dispense any ice and Whirlpool sent a tech that saw the issue and took the ice maker out and turned it manually- re-installed the unit and it started working but no problem found.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have beeen waiting for 2 months a new unit, the technitian came and he says that the refrigerator has several issues with no repair and he will contacted me next day . i have been callinf for 2 months everyday and Whirpool said they will contact the technitian and call me back IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS WAITING! I am paying tons of money in energy because the refrigerator is not working propertly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one in 2 weeks, the first one ran very loudly and I sent it back only to receive another that runs just as loud. The delivery guys said all the Whirlpools sound like that.

Average but not Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok refrigerator but having the water filter under the door is pretty lame. Leaks water all over the floor when you remove the used filter during replacement. I'm not so impressed with the filter either. It doesn't seem to filter as the type of filter in our old GE refrigerator. On the plus side the ice crusher seems to work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator was a package that I received when I bought my home . Although it’s a beautiful refrigerator the doors are very flimsy. When you open them they automatically just swings open with no co tell and bang the cabinets all the stuff on the door immediately starts to rattle and cling together the doors are way too loose.
