[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator never shuts off and makes an annoying noise. It is humming noise all the time. I wish I had never bought this noisy thing. My electric bill is higher now because it ever shuts off. No energy savings with this refrigerator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was included in my home package with my new home. I really like this refrigerator it has all of the accessories I like. I enjoy being able to select crushed or cubed ice.The water filter is in an easy to access place. I will complain about storage space, but that's to expected in a side by side. Overall o am very pleased.

Nice but some design oversights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with my previous similar model Whirlpool fridge. I like the new right side layout even a bit better but there are several things I don’t like as much with this newer version. There are only 2 bottom drawers instead of three which means if you use one for fruits and one for veggies, you have to store things like deli/dairy items loosely on a main shelf and the drawers are considerably smaller. The small door racks on the freezer door side used to fold out. These are stationary and very small so not very useful. But the biggest change which I feel is very inconvenient is that in the old model, the ice maker container was actually on the top of the inner freezer door and released with a simple button. You also could turn the ice maker off with another simple easily reached button. This new container is on the top of the freezer and must be removed, ( not as easy) to access the turnoff button which is very inconvenient. Also because of the ice container being higher, you can no longer see exactly how much ice is in there and it is also more difficult for a shorter person to just grab ice out of the container instead of using the dispenser. Unfortunately, newer changes don’t always mean better.

Horrible Design
