Great Fridge bad ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the room and the water and ice department. The only thing that isn’t doing really good is the ice maker. It barely does ice therefore I’m lucky to get enough for 1 cup. I checked everything over again and I’m just baffled about the whole situation. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
