Great basic side-by-sie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a similar Whirlpool side-by-side. Great basic features.Was a good replacement for the Whirlpool I had. The water dispenser works ok but could be better designed for dispensing.

Reliable and sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new Whirlpool refrigerator recently when we bought our house in June 2023. We really like the side by side door configuration vs refrigerators with freezers down low. This setup makes it easier to access both frozen and refrigerated items without needing to bend down low for frozen items.
We like the ice and water dispenser except once in a while a cube gets stuck in the shoot and then it slowly melts and drips down until I dislodge it. Also I wish the refrigerator was a little quieter. Overall I would highly recommend this unit from Whirlpool.

The only problem I had was when I do my crush ice if any is left in the dispenser it freezes then blocks any ice from coming down. Also I it starts to melt the water will sit in tray. So when I open the freezer door water will get all over my floor.

Love the crushed ice feature
