Nice but Basic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with our new build. It’s quite similar to Whirlpool refrigerator I had in my previous home. I think it will serve us well. However, there are two omissions from this model that surprised me. One is that there is no removable grate beneath the ice/water dispenser and secondly there is no meat/cheese/snack drawer. When I tried to inquire as to whether I could purchase them separately I was told that these parts are not even made for this model. Why?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ice maker, but the shut off switch is located in an awkward location. My only other issue is that there is no cheese/deli drawer. I have a 30 yr old WP side by side that has it - this fridge is still going strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re very blessed to have an energy efficient appliance and if course it’s a beautiful looking fridge but that’s about it for positives. We have kids and locations for ice and water dispense can be tricky. They overlap and sometimes the wrong thing can be hit. Storage space lacks greatly and a family of 5 makes it even harder. Fridge space seems very narrow and lacks good storage. Ended up having to get a second fridge for overflow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came with the new house we just moved into. We've been in about 3 months and it seems to be a good unit. The only complaint I have is the way you have to remove the water filter. If you do not do it correctly it is tough to get the filter out.

Great fridge but terrible ice dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great with this refrigerator except for the ice and water dispenser. It's too small. Anything larger than a normal glass doesn't fit to get ice. So when you put it in on an angle it hits the water dispenser and spills water all over the floor. The light is worthless because it shines inside and the water dispenser is on the outside so you can't see when you're filling up your cup. Other than that....
I would recommend this to a friend!
