Good refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied with the new refrigerator. Wish the ice dispenser was a little taller, as you have to hold taller glasses at an angle to fill with ice without hitting the water dispenser button.

Chic look but ice maler glitch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 months ago and love the chic look however; there is a glitch with the crush ice piece which jams ypur ice maker because the crushed ice freezes in the drop down ice tube. This is disappointing because it's like you can only use the cube piece of your ice maker. I would recommend fixing or not include it in the design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator isn’t even 6 months old and keeps freezing over and then stops working. We are waiting for a replacement piece but have been waiting over a month . Even if all the parts were working there is not much space for anything especially in the freezer.

Major Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For 2’ months the new refrigerator has either cooled to much in the frig to the point things froze and the freezer has defrosted items. The repair man has been out a number of times and only after all this time, parts were replaced. It remains to be seen if this will correct all the problems

Cannot open air filter replacement door.

I bought this item in 05/22. Time to change filter. Water filter a breeze, but cannot open the air filter compartment. I called dealer, but he doesn’t have the same model available. I called Whirlpool customer assistance, spent fifteen minutes on the phone , but she could not find an answer, read the manual, it only states open the compartment and put in the filter. Went on line for videos, no video with the correct location of my filter. It seems every model has the filter in a different location. It would be helpful if each model has information specific to that model. I may have to call out a technician to resolve the issue. HELP!

Doesn't last a year without breaking
