Fridge isn’t cold, freezer not freezing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this product less than a month and it’s not keeping cold. Currently using the freezer as the fridge. Phone two weeks ago and advised the earliest someone could come out was 11-23-23, meanwhile good had to be thrown out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What I miss in New fridge that I had in old one
