has several shortcomings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The adjustments for shelves are not flexible enough. They are spaced too far apart, resulting in wasted space. It would be nice to have a cheese and meat bin. Having the ice dispenser positioned behind the water dispenser is awkward, frequently causing unwanted water dispensing when you are only wanting ice. The ice dispenser is tortuously slow, taking 7 or 8 "dumps" before you can fill your glass. The opening isn't tall or deep enough to actually hold a tall glass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator, a little more noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few negatives are the refrigerator runs a lot supposedly to keep cost down but the motor running at lower RPM’s, and this refrigerator doesn’t come with a snack drawer or a way to hold it in place if you buy one. We used alien tape and it worked great. Overall it is a good deal for the price point.

Very Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for over a month, and I am very happy with it. My favorite thing about it is the size and shape of the ice cubes and how easy it is to get to them with my hands (for grabbing a single cube). It has plenty of space in the refrigerator and it doesn't keep items too cold. My earlier model, items on top shelf would freeze and the ice cream was always hard as a rock. The only problem I had with this new purchase was that the crisper drawers were very difficult to open and close, but WhirlPool sent me some grease to apply to the drawers which completely fixed the issue. The installers were supposed to apply the grease and did not.
I would recommend this to a friend!
