New fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and still trying to get used to it. My old fridge had 3 drawers Which was nice. This one just does not seem to be able to organize very well. Also the freezer it would be nice if it had baskets versus just shelves

The icemaker is terrible. Everything else is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything else is great. Are used to have the same model in a different color and loved it. The current model does not contain the same ice making mechanical parts as they did a few years prior. This refrigerator takes about a week to make A full batch of ice. I wish I could return the refrigerator.

Problem with water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased it about month ago... I was specifically looking for a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. I had very good experience with my previous refrigerator Samsung with ice maker and water dispenser. New Whirlpool refrigerator brought me a lot disappointments . I've found water dispenser actually does not cool water, or rather cools but only one glass and after you have to wait might be about 5 minutes before next cool glass of water. I was sure something broken I can't believe this is normal. I called Whirlpool repair and technician guy explained me it is OK. This is new design, they removed tank(1L) for cool water and instead use some simple coil just about for 1 glass of water. I did read closely manual but I did not find any mention that water dispenser provides only one glass cold water. If I knew it I would rather will be looking some another brand. I believe this is a misleading and deception customers

Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator door when opens keep hitting the pantry door next to it. Most of the refrigerators I had before their doors would stop opening and swing back by themselves after some degree of opening. That is a nice feature. So you don't have to hold the refrigerator door with one hand the whole time..
