Meets Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I asked a service man to come out about the ice/water dispenser. The water tube is directly in-line with the ledge of the spill tray. You move the cup too quick and it lands on the door facing. With two push mechanisms in a few inches of each other, it will take a while to get use to it. Don't accidentally press the water while filling the cup with ice. But it is a keeper. The service man adjusted the front wheels up to hopefully help the water to collect in the overflow tray. Plus with them raised up, sloping the drip as far back as possible, now the refrigerator will not move forward when my wife pulls the door open, because there is no way to stop the refrigerator from rolling out when you open the door. Maybe they will go "back to the drawing board" on these two (2) points.

Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator in March 2021 and the water has already stopped dispensing. I did everything on the troubleshooting list. I’m not happy about that!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great buy!!

So much room inside, it looks like we don’t have much food anymore. It is easy to clean. We wanted to buy a “made in America” product. This was as close as we could get.
Whirlpool was a favorite of my husband’s, and he worked in the business as a repair technician. Can’t get a better recommendation than that! Our last Whirlpool refrigerators were 14 years old!!

Love the Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator after our 18-year-old fridge died. There was one left in stock and as a family, we brought it home and installed it. It's a lovely update to the sided by side we had before and is much improved with the deeper shelves, and storage bins. Plus I love the interior lighting.
