I love this refrigerator. My only issue is when I get water it should have a tray to catch the over spill and ice

Way too loud, up to 62 dB when running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to return it. The noise level was too high, measuring 62dB. Don't know if it was a bad fan or compressor, but you could hear it at the other end of the house. Had some damage upon delivery, maybe that had something to do with it. I liked the features and look, but could not have that much noise coming from a refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Huge Ice Bin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My French door fridge started going out just before Thanksgiving and I had to resort to caveman days of using coolers for almost two weeks! I opted for a side x side this time because I wanted the auto-ice/water feature. Senior 'lil ole' ladies have to be careful of our spending ya know! I love the stainless feature, but I missed my Deli drawer. I removed the drawer and runners from my old fridge that was headed to the scrapper, and used silicone double sided tape to install it under a glass shelf. It worked and I'm really proud of it! Now all I need is a new dishwasher! Thank you Whirlpool, you are very reliable.

Good fridge/freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge and freezer. I would not say that tiny shelf in the freezer on the door should count as a shelf. Also the water button gets pressed when getting ice 25% of the time. But I would still buy again for the price.
