Ice maker problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago in a 2nd home. It does not produce ice at a sufficient pace. It takes at least a week to fill the container even when we are not there. A repair was scheduled but did company did not call to verify the previous day. After waiting through midday for repairman we were forced to return to primary residence for another appointment. 2 hours into our travel we recieved a call that the rapairman was at the house. Another scheduled for next week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a little over a month ago and I'm very pleased. I replaced a 25 year old Whirlpool that is still operating perfectly. The new one has all the current features I was looking for at a great value. I'm a Whirlpool man for life.
