[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this refrigerator to replace another model that lasted not quite 3 years. I like the layout and the size. I did not realize at the time that I was purchasing an older model from what I had previously. The water and ice are actual buttons instead of the digital features on the newer model. I guess they are ok since I don't drink the water. But I do use the ice feature. Hopefully the ice maker in this model will continue to work, because that was problem with the previous whirlpool refrigerator. After 6 repair attempts the extended warranty had to give me a replacement. Oh and it doesn't come with a drawer for cold cuts. So I swapped the drawer out from my old fridge and it fit in the new fridge. I also wanted to use the glass freezer shelves from the old fridge but I can figure out how to remove them. This model came with the open grated shelves which I'm not really a fan of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Avoid this fridge

Had it for a year now; can’t stand the fridge. Doesn’t make enough ice so we are constantly running out. Ice chute clogs up with ice then it falls on the floor later. Water dispenser drips after use and leaves a streak down the door. I have ruined the hardwood floor in front of the fridge due to the dripping. Food on the top shelf keeps freezing.

Good refrigerator, could have refinements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator, but not the ice and water in the door. The leavers are on top of each other, so makes it hard to get ice. I wish it had separation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased that I bought this refrigerator. The one drawback or negative thing about this refrigerator is the ice/water dispenser. When I put my glass under the dispenser to get ice, I have to be very careful that I don't also engage the water dispenser or I have water shooting out from the water dispenser into the floor. I think the design of the ice and water dispenser needs to be re-designed.

Worst refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with my newly built home, and it’s terrible. Extremely loud, sounds like a lawn mower. Makes awful sounds when making ice. Poorly designed water and I dispensing, doesn’t fit larger cups, so when you use your cup to dispense ice, it hits the water button ending with water all over the floor. Already have a warranty claim in for the noise, and I’m hoping to get a buyers credit for a different fridge. 0/5 stars

Dissappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 20 year old refrigerator was on it's last legs, barely able to maintain safe temperatures. We bought this refrigerator when we did because the top freezer model we really wanted was not available for four months in the bisque color my wife wanted to match our other appliances. We are both sorry we didn't wait. Although touted as over three cubic feet larger, it's actually smaller when it comes to storing large or tall containers (milk gallons and two liter soda bottles). The top freezer model has wider shelves, making it easier to make room for large baking dishes. As for the freezer, there are only three, foot wide shelves. The ice maker / handler takes up about 20% and another 20% is taken up by a bottom bin where items are just jumbled with any organization being impossible. The afore mentioned ice handler and door water feature take up half of potential door storage. That aside, it is a handsome unit. That is, if you don't look at the bottom 4 inches. I can hardly imagine a competent design engineer being unable to design a door hinge cover that at least hides the inner workings. Such an unfinished look, IMHO. All in all, had we considered, we would have waited for the top freezer model.
