It’s quite the hummer

I am happy with it except for one exception it makes a loud humming noise which drives me crazy, which I was told by a really good repair man that you sent is the new way of doing things today. I’ve never had a refrigerator this loud, they tell me it’s because it’s more efficient and you guys put a smaller motor to drive the fan in the freezer section. I really think you should rethink this cause I can hear it in my bedroom and when I come back, it’s a shame because it really is a very nice refrigerator freezer .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer about a month ago. Am mostly satisfied with it.. Am disappointed that the ice maker doesn’t produce a large amount of ice. With only minimal ice usage, the ice bin has never completely filled up. I have done all the suggested things; adjusting temperature. Booklet says if freezer is too cold it will slow the ice cube production. So I have it at the correct temperature, have the freezer 3/4 full. My previous Whirlpool fridge/freezer was awesome and lasted 30 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 weeks ago an d the ice maker didn't work. The factory sent a repairman out. He said it needed a new ice maker but didn't have any in stock. Took a week to get,the guy back out. Said they've had alot of problems with that. He installed it and now we have ice on demand. Seems like they should be able to figure it out and correct it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
