[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased my new Whirlpool refrigerator and, so far, I am very satisfied. However, the proof is in the longevity of the product. Given the various ratings that I saw prior to purchasing it, I'm hopeful that I won't experience some of the issues that others have had. Fingers crossed!

Features are deceiving- not enough shelves

Terrible refrigerator, don't buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was included in our new home purchase by the developer. It is a bottom of the barrel side-by-side refrigerator in my opinion. The shelving and space is not laid out well in both sides and the biggest issue is the water dispenser. When you dispense water and are finished, it will drip 1-3 seconds after you walk away from the refrigerator. Due to the positioning of the water dispenser nozzle, the water does not get caught by the drip tray, instead it drips down the front of the refrigerator - leaving a near permanent water stain on the front of the fridge. This is a terrible design and seems to me, could have easily been R&D'ed if there was just a little bit of attention to detail in the design and testing phase of this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
