Exterior is awesome but shelving needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the exterior of the refrigerator because it does not show finger prints. I do have some issues with the lack of being able to chose how to adjust the shelves. I am unable to set them up the way that I would like. Also, no option to buy a cold-cuts drawer that I could place in the middle portion of the refrigerator. Moreover, there is a large space at the back of the shelves where everything falls through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
