Less than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit in December 2019. The doors always make a squeaking noise every time you open them. We reported it, and when the serviceman came out, he couldn't find anything. He dismissed it as that was the normal way the units operate today. The shelfing on the refrigerator side just doesn't work as well as our old unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over-all good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new home which came with whirlpool appliances. Whirlpool has a great reputation, so I was pleased. My only issue is the ice dispenser. On this unit, it's not big enough to put a yeti cup under. I have to get another small cup to fill ice with and put in my cup, otherwise ice flies everywhere and it is VERY easy to tap the water button spilling water on the floor EVERY time I get ice in a bigger cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Side by side the way I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this side by side refrigerator about three weeks ago, because I prefer this design. It is performing great and it is designed simply, no computer software to go out of date or fail. It's like buying a new 1967 Chevy, it runs, does what it's designed to and and ANY mechanic can work on it.
