Spacious interior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interior freezer and refrigerator is pretty spacious so no complaints there. The exterior though could be designed better. The bottom part of door looks like it’s broken and the ice/water dispenser leaves water marks on door and there is no catch tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good fridge, icemaker marginal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago. Fridge is good, but does not have the meat/cheese drawer which we wanted. Was not made clear the drawer was not included. Now as we try to order one, there does not seem to be one available for this unit. Also, the icemaker seems underpowered and very slow. When we run out of ice, it takes days before the icemaker bin is full again. There is a plastic piece on the side of the icemaker unit but there is no metal shut off arm for when the bin gets full to auto-shut-off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like the position of the water and ice dispensers. Very inconvenient and always hits the water dispenser when going to dispense ice only. Leaves a mess on my wood floor and my refrigerator with water stains.

The fridge is fine - the freezer barely makes ice

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WHIRPOOL APPLIANCES!!!!

Refrigerator came brand new in our new modular home we purchased less than a year ago. Had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling and whirlpool sent a technician. The technician stated this model has had many issues with the board going bad and making the refrigerator go into defrost mode and not releasing. Technician replaced part 02/05/2024. I am again having the same issue with it not cooling. Done some research and found that Whirlpool was in a law suit pertaining to 56 of their refrigerator models having issues not cooling properly and Whirlpool knew of this issue but hid it from customers. I am currently trying to get my refrigerator that is still under warranty replaced and Whirlpool is giving me the run around. Was told just today (04/16/2024) that i could get a discount to purchase a new one. Mind you my current malfunctioning refrigerator is still under warranty. Do not purchase any whirlpool appliances.

Horrible ,Whirlpool not the same

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible. Ice maker stopped with 6 months in, started making an obnoxiously loud noise and then proceeded to give out. Turned off ice maker and didn't help, so unplugged and plugged back and it quit cooling. Starts cooling after repeating the process a couple of times.
