Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this after our LG went out. In all honesty it wasn’t my first choice as I preferred a French door over a side by side. I’m very happy that we chose this model. It’s very roomy and the finish is great and stays clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we opened the crate and looked inside the refrigerator we noticed the top crisper drawer was missing. I have attempted to contact a Whirlpool customer service but due to the covid -19 crisis, the waiting time to speak with a representative is very long. For example 34 one day and 42 the next day. We bought the refrigerator when we moved into our new home and trying to get moved in has prevented us from waiting on the phone for thirty to forty people before speaking with a customer service representative. Can you help us get this problem solved?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
