Bad solution to customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator was damage since day one. We bought it through the construction company. And when we Mp Ed to our new apartment, we couldn’t use it. The refrigerator door doesn’t close, the use of electricity is huge. We had try to make whirlpool change it and nothing had happened yet. We moved April 10 and we still don’t have a solution. The refrigerator door does not fit, which causes it to consume too much energy and does not retain the cold.

Great interior design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the new refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. I really like the interior design, easy to see and access items. Freezer has a typical design everything on the shelves to see. The only thing that needs improvement is the size of the ice cubes. They are smaller than usual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stays nice and cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit does well with keeping cold. However the ice maker has to be replaced. It takes 6 days to fill the tray. Had a repairman come over, looked at it for about 3 minutes and new right away it needed to be replaced. It was his 3rd one that day. The doors are not as easily adjustable as indicated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the first fridge had an unbearable noise, every day I got up with a headache because at night the noise was louder, after several visits by the whirlpool technicians they finally decided to change the fridge, we waited 2 months for the new one and this one also has strange sounds, the only different thing is that they are not so strong, I think that model has problems

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to get a whole new fridge shipped to us, because the one we purchased stopped chilling. Warranty would have covered the repair, but no one services them in our area. Now the newest fridge is making the most insane noise I’ve ever heard. This fridge is only 3 months old. I’m worried they will be sending a 3rd!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2-1/2 weeks ago, it can be said at this point that this refrigerator does really well. The icemaker has a larger capacity than the 30-year old Amana that this refrigerator replaced - a big plus. The inside lighting makes everything visible without having to move items to see others. The front panel controls are well done and so are the ice and water dispensers.
Reliability remains to be seen.
A large negative is the loud noise this refrigerator makes compared to the old Amana. Whirlpool should work on that. It would have rated a 5, if not for the noise.

Nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very nice looking refrigerator but I’ve had a couple of problems with the fridge. It is very loud and has a high pitched noise that is very irritating. It is also difficult to get your ice without being very careful not to touch the water dispenser button. I’ve had water splash out everywhere when I’ve barely touched it as I’m getting my ice.

Excessive Noise Level

We just moved to a new home and all the appliances in our kitchen are from Whirlpool.
Unfortunately the refrigerator despite being brand new, generates a loud and annoying noise, occasionally accompanied by vibration of the internal back panels in the freezer area whenever the compressor is working. As it is still under the warranty period, a technician from a third party company was sent to inspect it, but after tightning some of the internal panel bolts in the freezer area, he was saying this issue is common and there is no further action possible.
It is unnaceptable that this level of noise in a new product is to be considered normal. If it is the case, this product is really of poor quality.
